Cheese And Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 stick margarine (reserve a little to butter casserole)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    few dashes Tabasco sauce
    3 eggs, well beaten
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Boil water and grits in large pan until thick.
    Add margarine, cheese, salt, seasoned salt and Tabasco sauce.
    Fold in eggs. Pour into large baking dish; sprinkle with paprika and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
