Spicy Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. unpeeled shredded zucchini
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients; make a well in center of mixture. Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in shredded zucchini.
Add mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans or tube pan.
