Jalapeno Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chopped jalapeno peppers
1 qt. cranberry juice
7 to 8 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vinegar
2 boxes Sure-Jell
red food coloring
Preparation

Wear rubber gloves when cleaning peppers.
Chop peppers in blender with small amount of cranberry juice.
Cook peppers until soft.
Strain through cheesecloth.
