Apple Pie (Ritz Cracker Pie)(Lots Of Fun) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
21 Ritz crackers
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Bring sugar, water and cream of tartar to a boil.
Add lemon extract.
Add 21 crackers one at a time.
Boil 3 minutes after crackers are in; do not stir.
At once, pour carefully into a pie shell.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Dot with butter. Cover with top crust.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Try it for it is fun and tastes and looks just like real apple pie.
