Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Use 6 or more potatoes that have been cooked with skins on and cooled.
    Peel and dice; place in a greased casserole.
    Mix shortening, flour and salt; add milk slowly, stirring constantly over medium heat.
    When mixture thickens add cheese; continue to stir.
    If too thick, add a little milk.
    Pour over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
