Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 large can evaporated milk
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Mexican Cheez Whiz
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

In heavy skillet, melt margarine.
Add onion and celery; cook until tender.
Add broccoli and cook until separated and tender, then add Cheez Whiz.
Stir until completely melted.
Add milk and soup, then add rice and mix well.
Put in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
