Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. hot pork sausage, crumbled
3 c. buttermilk Bisquick mix
Preparation

Mix cheese in top of double boiler; add sausage and cook for 20 minutes or until sausage loses pink color.
Stir in Bisquick until well blended.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen.
