Chicken With Capers And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 eggs, beaten with 1/4 c. water
    vegetable oil (fry frying)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix
    bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg, then in
    bread crumbs.
    Heat oil in frying pan; brown chicken lightly
    and
    drain on paper towels.
    Place chicken in a covered casserole.
    Set aside.
