3 Tbsp. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
2 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation

Let rise twice.
Roll and cut.
Pizza cutters make cutting so easy.
Deep fat fry.
