Quick Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. precooked rice
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. jelly pectin
    drained fruit, canned, fresh or frozen
    whipped icy cold evaporated milk or whipped cream or whipped topping
Preparation
    Combine
    in
    a saucepan the rice, water (use juice from fruit as\tpart liquid) and jelly powder.\tCover and let stand for
    5 minutes.
    Pour
    into 8-inch glass pie plate.
    Let cool until partially set, then spread over bottom and sides of pan like a pastry shell.
    Fill with fruit.
    Cover with topping and refrigerate.
