Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. zucchini, chopped and drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coconut, shredded
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and baking powder together. Beat eggs; add oil and sour cream.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir in zucchini, nuts, raisins and coconut.
    Mix several minutes.
    Put into 2 greased but not floured 9 x 5-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until bread tests done with a toothpick. Let cool in pan.
