Spinach And Fettuccine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
1 clove garlic
1 small red bell pepper
1 large onion
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Cook thawed and drained spinach, garlic, onion and red pepper in oil about 5 minutes. Stir often.
Dissolve bouillon in water and add to spinach mixture along with basil, hot sauce and cottage cheese. Stir to blend. Toss with pasta.
Add grated Parmesan cheese.
