Rumaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 strips bacon, cut in half
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 lb. chicken or beef livers
Preparation

Lay the half slices of bacon out; cut livers into small pieces to fit inside bacon.
Place water chestnut first at the end of bacon, then liver.
Now roll ingredients firmly together.
Put toothpick through ingredients to hold together.
Put in a nonstick pan at 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes, until liver and bacon are done.
