Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar and beaten eggs and beat 2 1/2 minutes.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk.
    Beat 3 1/2 minutes.
    Put in greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool 25 minutes and remove from pan.
