Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
    1 can chopped water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. American grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Crush 1 package Ritz crackers.
    Mix with 1/2 cup melted margarine.
    Bake in casserole dish in 350\u00b0 oven approximately 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle cracker mixture over top and return to oven until crackers are brown.
