Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork spareribs
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
-
Cut spareribs into 2 rib pieces.
Arrange in a shallow roasting pan.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over meat.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 hours or until fork-tender. Baste meat occasionally with sauce.
