Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello or flavor of choice
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation

Heat pineapple.
Add jello, then cool.
Add buttermilk.
Mix, then fold in Cool Whip.
Congeal in 8 x 10-inch pan.
