Broccoli Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can creamed corn
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine corn and broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion, melted butter, salt and pepper.
    Put in 1-quart baking dish. Combine 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
