Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. softened butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. egg custard mix
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water in a large mixing bowl.
    Add butter, salt and dry custard mix.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Gradually add flour, mixing well.
    Knead dough on lightly floured surface 12 times. Roll out dough on floured surface.
    Spread with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll up into a log.
    Cut in pieces and put in greased baking pans.
    Cover and let rise about 30 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
