Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw cranberries
1 large orange
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. sugar*
2 small pkg. gelatin (any red color)
2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Grind cranberries, orange and sugar together in a food chopper or blender and set aside. When gelatin has partially congealed, add blended cranberries and nuts, mixing thoroughly. Place in mold. Chill.
