Cinnamon Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
red food coloring

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and bring to boil.
Boil to hard crack stage.
Turn heat down to low and add cinnamon and red food coloring.
Pour into greased cookie sheet.
Let cool and crack.
