Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 peeled and thick sliced potatoes
1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 small onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
Preparation

Form a pocket with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Put potatoes in foil and top with butter and seasoning. Close foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
