Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. salad oil
    1 medium onion, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Whip with electric mixer until creamy. Stir in 1 tsp. celery seed. Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
    On greens, the salad will keep in the refrigerator for several days, it need not be thrown away.
    Makes 2 cups. Use on lettuce or cabbage.
