Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    4 slices (thick) onion
    4 slices green pepper
    4 thick slices tomatoes
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 1/4 c. beef bouillon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides.
    Arrange in buttered casserole dish.
    Place 1 tablespoon of dry rice on each pork chop, then slice of onion, green pepper and tomato.
    Pour bouillon over all. Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover; bake about 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4.
