Oven Fried Potatoes With Oregano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 med. potatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 Tbsp. malt vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes thoroughly.
    Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges.
    Place wedges into a medium bowl and cover with cold water, let stand for 30 minutes.
    Drain and pat dry with a paper towel.
    Place potatoes and oil in a medium bowl and toss to coat evenly.
