Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. maple syrup
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2/3 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Cream butter with sugar.
Add liquids and eggs.
Mix well. Add chopped pecans.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Cover with pecan halves carefully laid end to end in circles until entire pie top is covered.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes in slow oven.
Cool.
This is a very rich pie.
Serve small pieces.
