Fried Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oysters
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Drain oysters.
Beat eggs with seasonings.
Add water and mix. Dip oysters into egg mixture, then into crumbs.
Let stand 5 minutes before frying.
Fry in hot deep fat until brown.
Serve at once.
