Ambra'S Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Heat water, margarine and milk until margarine melts (in microwave approximately 1 minute and 45 seconds).
    Add liquid mixture to 4 cups of the flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
    Mix with electric mixer until well blended.
    Add 1 more cup of flour and mix with mixer.
    Add remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour, a little at a time, and knead with hands.
    Knead about 5 minutes either on flat surface or if using a large bowl, you can knead it in the bowl. Let rise in warm place until double (approximately 1 hour).
