Avocado Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
pinch of salt (optional)
2 tsp. mayo
1 avocado, cubed

Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender.
Process at blend until smooth.
Serve on lettuce and tomato salad.
