Chicken Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breasts
    3 stalks celery
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts with celery until tender.
    Let cool and pull off bones in small chunks.
    Layer ingredients as follows: chicken, rice, broccoli, water chestnuts, cheese and soup (may be slightly diluted, if necessary).
    Cook for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
