3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
11 graham crackers
sugar to taste
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
1/2 pt. cream
vanilla to taste
Preparation

When egg whites are frothy, add baking powder.\tFold in sugar and
2
teaspoons
vanilla, beating well.
Add nuts and crumbled graham
crackers.
Bake
in
greased
pie pan.
Whip cream and add sugar and vanilla to taste.
Spread over pie and let
stand several hours so the cream weeps in the pie.
Bake about 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
