Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. tabasco
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can Mexicorn
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 to 2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
Preparation

Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. After cooling, refrigerate several days.
