Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    23 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/2 to 1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    whipped cream
    4 Tbsp. cocoa (instant)
Preparation
    Add baking powder to egg whites; beat until stiff.
    Gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating at high speed until sugar dissolves.
    Add Ritz crackers (crumbled with hands).
    Fold them into egg whites. Add chopped pecans and vanilla.
    Pile mixture into a well buttered pie plate (not too near edge).
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0. When completely cool cover with whipped cream and dry instant cocoa.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
