Crusty Herbed Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium sized head cauliflower
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped (I use about 1 tsp. dried basil)
    1/4 c. parsley leaves, chopped
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. unsalted, melted butter
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower into medium-size flowerets.
    Cook in steamer basket over simmering water in covered saucepan for 15 to 18 minutes or just until tender.
    Remove.
