Golden Turkey Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 turkey breast (about 3 lb.)
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 medium onion, sliced
1/3 c. golden raisins
Preparation

Place turkey breast in a shallow baking pan.
Pour the chicken stock, wine and lime juice over it.
Sprinkle the sugar (if you are using it) over the turkey and into the liquid.
Arrange onion slices around the turkey.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours or until the turkey is tender, basting every 1/2 hour.
Add the raisins for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Remove skin before serving, if desired.
