Ginger Spiced Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe

1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sesame seed
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. ground ginger
1 large red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 large yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
8 oz. fresh Chinese pea pods
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Slice chicken into thin strips.
In large plastic bag (1 gallon) combine flour and sesame seed.
Shake chicken pieces, a few at a time, in mixture until well coated.
Brown over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add ginger, peppers, pea pods and soy sauce.
Cook about 5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Serve with rice.
