Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box lasagne (makes 2 pans)
    2 large cans whole tomatoes
    1 can water
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 large can mushrooms
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 large onions
    crushed red pepper to taste
    oregano to taste
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    3 balls Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 large cottage cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and sausage; drain fat.
    Add spices to taste and all tomatoes, mix in and bring to boil.
    Let simmer 15 minutes. Add all ingredients, then layer in 2 pans.
    Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours.
