Sour Cream Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. bananas (3 to 4 ripe bananas)
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat first 3 ingredients until light and fluffy.
Add dry ingredients with sour cream and mashed bananas.
Mix thoroughly. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan for 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
