Icebox Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 cups sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup sliced green peppers
1 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Don't heat anything. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed.
Mix all together and place in glass jar in refrigerator. Liquid will not cover cucumbers fully, but will by morning.
Keep refrigerated.
Can add more vinegar as you use cucumbers, if desired.
