Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    4 oz. (1 c.) sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain and set aside.
    Separate dough into triangles.
    Place points to center of 12-inch pizza pan; press to form crust.
    Spoon sausage over top.
    Sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Add Parmesan cheese; bake 5 minutes more.
