Tuna Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (12 oz.) can chunk style tuna, drained
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Cook first three ingredients in butter in large skillet, drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add water to liquid to make 2 cups. Pour into skillet, Stir in mushrooms, rice, tuna, salt/pepper and bouillon, mix well. Bring to a boil, add peas, cover and simmer over low heat 20 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring once or twice.
