Korean Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 qt. stewed tomatoes
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Brown garlic in oil.
    Add tomatoes and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add spinach and rice.
    Cover tightly; cook until rice is tender, adding more water or tomato juice if needed.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    This is unusual and very tasty.
