Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 or 9 noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
fresh garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 carton (6 oz.) cottage cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
14 oz. jar Ragu
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In oil, brown onion and garlic; add beef.
Brown lightly. Pour off oil and fat.
Add salt, pepper, oregano, Ragu and cottage cheese.
Let simmer.
(Taste for flavor.)
Layer noodles, Mozzarella cheese, sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Start over.
End with cheese on top.
Microwave for 10 minutes on High or bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
