Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 small bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 small jar apricot preserves
pineapple chunks
maraschino cherries
cooked white rice
Preparation

Put chicken pieces into baking dish.
Combine salad dressing, onion soup mix and apricot preserves.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until chicken is done.
Last 15 minutes, add pineapple and cherries.
Serve over white rice.
Serves 6.
