Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. sugar, divided
    2 lb. cream cheese
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Put graham cracker crumbs in bowl and 2 tablespoons sugar and butter.
    Press mixture on bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pan.
    Chill in freezer while preparing filling.
    In bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth and light. Beat in eggs, vanilla and cornstarch until blended.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake 10 minutes; reduce heat to 200\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes.
    Turn off oven and let cool for 3 hours with door slightly open.
