Minute Swiss Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beef cubed steaks
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 c. water
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles or 2 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Brown steaks in oil; remove steaks from skillet.
    Stir in onion; cook until tender.
    Stir in beef broth and water.
    Place steaks in pan and cover.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
