Rhubarb Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. rhubarb
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/8 c. scalded milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter in milk.
Beat eggs, sugar, flour and salt; add vanilla.
Pour milk into egg mixture.
Place rhubarb in unbaked 9-inch shell.
Pour milk mixture over rhubarb.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until firm.
