Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken (3 to 4 lb.)
    kosher salt
    lemon juice
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Spray baking pan that has a baking rack with olive oil Pam. Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice (fresh) and then sprinkle with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. Liberally sprinkle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
