Sweet Potatoes(From Mrs. Margaret Wine, Mt. Sidney, Va) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size sweet potatoes or 1 large can
    1/2 stick butter
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
    Mixture will be thin.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
