Oven Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (16 oz.) can undrained tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    With meat mallet (or hammer), pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness. Dredge the steak in the flour and salt. Brown steak in hot oil in large skillet.
    When brown, remove from skillet.
    Place in greased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Set aside. Add 2 tablespoons flour to pan (skillet) drippings.
    Cook 1 minute on low heat.
    Add tomatoes, celery, carrots and onions.
    Cook until thick.
    Stir in soy sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender.
